The City of Blue Island is seeking a contractor for the construction of the Blue Island Recreation Center. The job duties of the position include, but are not limited to, manages the rehabilitation and construction of the Blue Island Recreation Center and supervises all subcontractors. The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day decisions of running this construction project, as well as, providing primary contact with the City of Blue Island to ensure execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Coordinates assigned activities with various divisions, outside agencies and the general public; provides highly responsible and complex staff assistance.
